Most breaches still start with a person: a reused password, a convincing email, a fake alert. Short, practical training is one of the cheapest ways to cut that risk.
Why train your team
Attackers target people because people have access. Security tools stop a lot, but the final decision to click, approve or report is usually made by an employee. Training helps staff recognise the warning signs and know exactly what to do next.
The five courses
- Passwords, passkeys & MFA: long passphrases, password managers, and how to handle unexpected MFA prompts.
- Phishing & social engineering: email, text, phone and QR-code scams, plus payment-change fraud.
- Security alerts & incident reporting: real alerts versus fake pop-ups, and what to do in the first minutes.
- Ransomware & safe devices: updates, downloads, public Wi-Fi, backups and what to do if you suspect infection.
- AI-powered scams & deepfakes: cloned voices, fake video calls, and safe use of AI tools at work.
How it works
Every employee receives their own username and sets a private password the first time they sign in. They then work through short lessons. Every course ends with a quiz. Score 80% or more and a certificate is issued in the employee's name, with a unique ID anyone can verify.
Records for managers
SyncMAX keeps a record of every attempt, pass and certificate for each employee, grouped by company, so you can show who has completed which course and when. That record is useful for insurers, clients and audits.
